For the past few years, I tried to sign up for the Oracle Cloud Free Tier, but despite using the correct details, my registration attempts kept failing. Each time, the process would halt without a clear explanation, leaving me annoyed and forgetting about it until I try again a few months later.

Now I have no reason not to test out this idea I've had in my notes for quite a while...
